Recital Season Timing

Most studios hold recitals at the end of the dance year, so trophy orders tend to cluster in the same few weeks. Finalize class lists early, send them as a spreadsheet, and leave time to proof the spelling of every dancer's name before engraving.

What to Engrave on a Dance Trophy

For recitals, most studios use the dancer's name, the studio name and the show title or year, such as "Spring Recital 2026". For milestones, try "Celebrating 5 Years of Dance". Competition awards list the routine and placing: "Senior Small Group - 1st Place". Plates commonly allow up to 30 characters per line, varying by product, and engraving is always free.

Recital season means dozens or hundreds of names. Pick a trophy, choose "Different on each item" and paste your class lists from Excel or Google Sheets, or fill in the CSV template, and the quantity adjusts automatically.
